The month of September is filled with change. We look forward to another year of school, football season and spending time with family. However, there are many children who will not experience these things. They are being treated for pediatric cancer and blood disorders at Children's Hospital of Alabama. In fact, 95% of all children battling childhood cancer or blood disorders in Alabama turn to Children's Hospital of Alabama. The patients and their families have been significantly impacted.
In 2008, Express Oil Change & Service Center began the "Changing Oil, Changing Lives" campaign to raise funds and awareness for the Hematology and Oncology Clinic at Children's Hospital of Alabama.
You have an opportunity to make a difference in these children's lives. Whether it's an oil change, a tire rotation, brake pads, a new windshield wiper, or whatever your automotive need is - Express Oil Change & Service Center has committed to donate $1.00 to Children’s Hospital of Alabama for every customer visit across Birmingham, Alabama during the month of September.
The donations will go directly to the Division of Hematology and Oncology at the Children's Hospital of Alabama and will be used for research, patient care and patient assistance. Everyone can participate in this great cause.
